Lineup is a personal day-planning app. This policy explains what data the app processes, for what purpose, and your rights under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR / DSGVO).

Lineup is designed to keep your day plan on your device first. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Day plans, blocks, pool items, templates, categories, day-run state, preferences, and related app settings are stored locally on your device (app storage / UserDefaults and, when enabled, Apple iCloud Key-Value / iCloud-backed storage).

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of the contract / provision of the app you requested) and, where applicable, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in running a functional local app).

If you are signed into iCloud on your device, Lineup may sync app data through Apple’s iCloud services so your plans can appear on your other devices signed into the same Apple Account. BurmCorp does not operate a separate Lineup account server that receives your blocks.

iCloud processing is governed by Apple’s terms and privacy policy. You can disable iCloud for the app or sign out of iCloud in system settings.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for providing multi-device continuity you enable at the system level, and Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR where a system permission or setting constitutes consent.

If you enable calendar features, Lineup may request access to your system calendars (EventKit) to:

• overlay events on a day as anchors, and/or
• export finished blocks as calendar events when you turn that on.

Calendar permission is optional. You can use Lineup without granting access and can revoke it in System Settings → Privacy & Security → Calendars.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent via the system permission dialog) and Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for processing needed to provide the calendar features you requested.

If you enable reminders, Lineup may schedule local notifications (for example when a block is ending or the next block is waiting). Notifications are delivered by the operating system on your device. You can disable them in system Settings.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent via the system permission dialog) and Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for providing the reminder feature.

Lineup does not include third-party advertising SDKs, marketing trackers, or social media plugins. We do not build advertising profiles from your day plan.

If you contact us by email (for example at legal@burmcorp.com), the data you send in that message is processed as described in our general company privacy policy for communications.

Under the GDPR you have rights including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent where processing is based on consent. To exercise these rights regarding data we hold (for example support emails), contact legal@burmcorp.com.

Data that exists only on your device or in your iCloud account is under your control: you can delete the app, clear app data, or manage iCloud. We cannot remotely access your on-device library except through channels you initiate (for example support email).
